This credit references LRV's for furniture if it is included in the scope of work. In our instance it is and LEED breaks it down further to work surfaces and movable partitions.

Curious how other have looked at this credit from the perspective of the project not having any parking on-site, but do offer the employees discounts to a nearby parking.

Is it adequate to submeter Indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings (including hot water) and irrigation?
