HPDs have a box to check for 3rd party verification. Does Cradle to Cradle in and of itself earn the 3rd party certification? Is it both for C2C and Material Health Certificates?

I read the below for LEED V4: How the language currently reads, if you recycle 10 different materials all in 1 commingled dumpster, that only counts as 1 waste stream.
