Two project engineers have completed the sign-off task, but a 3rd has been unable to use LEED ON-LINE despite my efforts to provide remote assistance.

Our mechanical engneer/energy modeler just contacted me to ask about a discrepancy in our square footages from what we have entered on PIf2 on LEED Online, and what he has input in the energy model

I've been provided with a light inventory for our building and so know what type of light I'm looking for (e.g. 18W F840). I've also found the Philips, GE and Sylvania LEED-EB calculators.

Treatment plant startup

Due to the nature of a treatment plant it requires the building to be operating before the treatment plant is functional. Is there any requirement for a maximum of time before the treatment plant
