The MR Credit for Environmentally Preferable Non-structural materials is confusing to me. It says it is "1 point" but in the text it says a credit can be obtained for each attribute met.

In LEED CI can we get one point for having LEED AP BD+C involved in the project or does it have to be LEED AP ID+C?
How about a SI / IP version? A Spanish one?

Here's a suggestion for the nice people at USGB / GBCI: for international projects using the SI system (International System of Units- metric system), it would be great to have LEED Reference Guide

I have noticed in the table above that a bio-based raw material must be FSC Certified, however, in the second draft of LEED 2012 it is mentioned that bio-based products must be "FSC PURE".
