Is it acceptable to change the peformance period after an initial GBCI review? We have some comments that came back on our EBOM SSc2 & SSc3 initial reviews asking for documentation that environmentally preferred practices were used at least 20% of the time. We are pulling maintenance logs & invoices, but the inial peformance period was over a year and a half long. Is it acceptable to shorten the performance period for the final review so that it makes pulling documentation easier? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm really not sure about this, though my gut feeling is that it is probably not ok. You could call GBCI and ask... unless someone else on LEEDuser knows?

So you wouldn't be altering the end date, but just the beginning date? That may be okay, but I'd recommend being very clear as to why you are doing this. Also, this is the kind of question that is good to take directly to your review team.
If you alter the end date, that would definitely be an issue for a credit like this that requires on ongoing performance/tracking.
