Can balconies count as part of open space?

FYI - GBCI has announced a new pricing structure for LEED projects effective December 1, 2016. All projects registered on/after this date are held to the new pricing model.

Do we know if GBCI has started to look at Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) programs as an equivalent option for Green Power credit yet?

Is it enough to comply the credit by submit document from manufacture that state " Formaldehyde is NOT used in the manufacturing of these product" ?

I have a Sanitation Maintenance Garage project going for LEED, they have no meeting rooms or classrooms but they do have break rooms and lockers rooms.

Our project office building has 22 floors and is divided in 4 portions – north wing, south wing, east wing and west wing.

My question is regarding a conference center. How do you handle surveying custodial staff that don't have offices? Would they report on the thermal comfort of the break room?

Our project is for an office tenant located on one floor of a 23 story building.
