Schools - Case 1 and 2

The LEED for Schools 2009 requirements have a Case 1 (admin offices and learning spaces) and a Case 2 (classrooms only).

Military Base contamination

Our client on a Military base has uncovered asbestos piping underground during construction. They have properly disposed of the contamination as a normal SOP.

discovered a potential oversight on a building design: some restrooms intended to be used by very small kids are equipped with light switches and no occupancy sensors.

For the Energy Model I have used the (architectural drawing) for the proposed model, some wall sections were provided with its R-values from the manufacturer too.
