As of my understanding, appeals can be submitted as many times as the project team wishes. Is this true?

I mean, if an appeal on a certain credit has been denied by...

As part of my review comments I have been asked to provide clarification narratives for several MEP related credits.

Notably EAp3 has no required uploads, so I can't upload a narrative...

I did a split review under V2.2 and I'm now in Construciton submittal but the reviewers have asked for clarifications. It seems possible to add a design credit not orginally pursued at this time...
