On page 591 of the ref guide, it states ADC does not count as diverted material but must be included in your total construction/demolition waste. What about hazardous waste, land-clearing debris,

We are working on a new building on a college campus for which the District purchases green power annually from the utility as part of a 20-year contract (with 13 years remaining).
