CO2 sensors in areas smaller than 150 sf

In the LEED EBOM reference guide, spaces smaller than 150 sf do not have to provide CO2 sensors, according to California Mechanical Code Title 24.

We are compiling the equipment for a multi-floor office renovation. Dow e need to include A/V Equipment? Including ceiling speakers, projectors, projection screens, microphones, etc?
