Hi, At the commencement of excavation work the project discovered an old diesel tank that had leaked. This meant that some of the soil was contaminated with diesel.

There is a building where somking is allowed and there are some rooms designated for somoking but they are all outside the tenant space so they are not in the project scope of work.

There is a statement in Checklist for this credit: "FSC Recycled and FSC Recycled Credit: do not count toward this credit at all and can be left out of the baseline wood budget.
