My case is almost similar of the "U" building of Roberto Meza, but we dont want to certify the second phase. The second phase is expected to start one year after the achievement of the first phase. Can we certify the first phase only? Note: At the achievement of the two phases, each phase will use the same HVAC systeme and electricity. Also, both phases will have the same adress. Thank you.
