Contracted Waste and Recycling Service

I have a LEED CI project in a building whose contracted waste service does not provide glass recycling due to "depressed markets" and provides single-stream waste and recycling pickup.

It doesn't seem like the credit requires evaluation of various HVAC systems (e.g. radiant heat vs forced air heat, packaged cooling vs split systems, etc.).
