Bike Rack requirements for buildings outside project scope

We are being required to prove that adjacent buildings will not use our bike racks. This is not a LEED requirement.

Our building is nearly 100% naturally ventilated. Every office space has more than enough window area to be compliant.

We are working on a multifamily building with naturally ventilated interior kitchens located next to the living/dining rooms that have operable windows.

We received the following comment from USGBC: "...The project uses natural ventilation for some bedrooms in the Proposed design and exhaust fans to induce ventilation air into the dwelling units.

DIRTT Millwork on a LEED project

Anyone else use this on a project in lieu of tradional millwork fabricated by a local shop? The reason I ask is because we are in the final stages of trying to specify DIRTT millwork for a project
