I would take issue with Mr Phinney's implied estimate that you can do all the LEED consulting and meet all the requirements for less than $10,000 on a large project.

On one project we are working on, the manufactuer sources iron ore from many countries and he is unable to say what ore was used in any particular batch of steel. How do we determine this?
