What sets precedence - project role of owner or designer?

NC-2009 EAp1:Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems

The project is over 50,000 square feet and we are the owner and commissioning authority and designer of record. What commissioning services are we allowed to provide, fundamental or enhanced?

My door core consists of the following: Gypsum, organic fibers, fiber glass and inert binders. Does my door core classify as composite wood?

your comment above states: Is it an acceptable strategy to capture the rainwater into tanks and discharge it into the public sewers after the rainstorm reducing the peak discharge?

Question: There is a disposer standard under LEED for Healthcare, water usage 3-8 gpm in active use.

Does anybody know whether chilled water and AHU's must be operating to use portfolio manager. We have a client that just does not turn on corridor 100% OA units for his building.

Why 25 feet?

We need to explain to the tenant why on-property smoking must be prohibited within 25 feet of entries, outdoor air intakes and operable windows. Is there any techinical advice on it?

Hi, we have a project in a country where local requirements set high standards for legionella protection, thus there are high requirements regarding the water temperatures and water circulation.
