Public Corridors Lack Ventilation

I’m dealing with a building that generally meets ASHRAE 62.1, however several public corridors are unconditioned and unventilated.

Hi, We have a tricky situation. We have a dormitory with apartment-style dorms. There is a common living area/kitchenette with four student bedrooms (with private baths) off a common corridor.

Is indoor irrigation not considered in this credit? If it isn't, could I consider it in the section "Innovation", since, in the project I'm considering, collected rainwater is used?

Recert vs. new Cert

Reading through this forum I still don't think I see a clear consensus on recert vs. new cert. I have a client who was originally certified in 2011 EBOM and they are up for recertification.

Hydrogen Production

Hi, We are looking to install an on-site hydrogen production station that will produce hydrogen that is then sent to hydrogen charging stations around the project to refuel and run a fleet of hdrog

Walking distance from the barracks

Our project is a cafeteria which is inside the military base. All the soldiers walks from their barracks to eat or pick up food at the cafeteria. Can we use Option #2 to get 6 points?
