Hello, I'm modelling a low-rise data center. According to Appendix G, I should use system 4 (rooftop package heat pump) for reference model.

The building contains 2 below ground basements and 3 office floors above ground, should we add the basement floor area in the total area of the building for the building density calculation??

Greetings, In the project we are modeling, the Proposed design has applied a chiller’s condenser heat recovery without this to be required by the prescriptive requirement (6.5.6.2).

We are pursuing LEED certification for small project in which some offices are converted to open offices, break room and reception area in an existing building.
