No Permanent Irrigation System

EBOM-2009 WEc3:Water Efficient Landscaping

Hi we are attempting this credit for one of our existing schools project.The project does not have permanent irrigation system.The landscape area is irrigated manually by the facility staff member

Any one knows where I can get the referenced 0-2005 standard? officially its no longer available from ASHREA and superseded by 0-2013. Any idea how different they may be?

Nowhere on the Energy Star site can I find out if 75" wide and larger Professional Display Monitors (such as Samsung or NEC for conference rooms) are eligible or not for an Energy Star rating. I h

Our project includes the creation of a park, and construction of a pavilion with restrooms for park users. The challenge - how do we calculate the number of FTEs using these restrooms?

Would an operable window be an eligible type of thermal comfort control in a mechanically ventilated building or would such a control require that the building is naturally ventilated?
