Advice on acceptable approach to credit achievement for IEQc5

Is a covered exterior grate system (e.g, outside a vestibule) at all high volume entryways an acceptable approach to credit achievement for IEQc5? Any advice or guidance would be most appreciated.

This may seem to be a silly question, but is causing me lots of issues, is there any kind of requirement to achieve this credit other than just an all or nothing?

We are building a Hotel in Doha, Qatar. We are try to apply for LEED certified. While I start , I meet a Target Finder problem. This Target Finder only design for US climate.

I have a situation where I cannot eliminate a sloped acoustic ceiling with a gyp ceiling, and the walls do not go up to the deck (they go to the underside of trusses).

If there are city/state/federal restrictions on development such that development in certain areas is prohibited by law, can I include those areas in the LEED project boundary?

we are using polyurethane and silicone sealants and gaskets in fire barriers and glazing works. which LEED standards should I refer to? is VOC a concern? thanks
