FTE/Residence number for CHILDREN at a hospital project

In the FTE calculation for our Hospital project we do not address the numbers of children that are visiting the hospital.

If we are using the PIEACP compliance path for this credit, the NC 2.2 Credit 4.3 refers only to carpet systems.
