Development density - project building density

Schools-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

The LEED Reference Guide, in the example calculation for development density, indicates the project building and site must have a 60k sq ft density per acre or more.

Window Sill Height

We are working on a project with 42" high window sills. Does this eliminiate any chance of achieving this credit? Must the sills be at 30"?

Can you tell me how to calculate for multiple draingage sites, i have Three on this particular project. The TC is based on the length and travel and the slope towards the discharge point .

I have a major building entrance in my LEED boundary as well as some exterior entrances to a courtyard- do I need the mats to the courtyard area too? Then we have restrooms but no janitor closet or

Dear all, Our site is a small narrow flat field full of grass with no previous human activity on it. However it is located in a developed industrial environment.

Often the finishes in an elevator cab are inert materials/non-emitting such as metal panels for walls and plastic unit lighting for ceilings.
