We are working on a project with 42" high window sills. Does this eliminiate any chance of achieving this credit? Must the sills be at 30"?

Sandra I would first ask why you have 42" high sills. I ask because yes you would probably not achieve this credit as you need the sight line of 42" to be unobstructed. However you may be able to state a reason to why you have such high sills such as a lab with a 42" high race way, but then you could make the argument that they sit on a stool chair as opposed to a task type chair. So what is the reason for 42"?
