For Project outside US, Target Finder seems invalid?

Our project is located in Asia, and the Target Finder is to compare the project to a US national database, I assumed that it does not work for projects outside US.

Can Atriums or shaded open spaces still qualify for the credit?

In hot humid climates we tend to shade open spaces or design it as an Atrium, and since it's a "pedestrian oriented accessible space" would this space still qualify for SS C5.2 ?

We are currently involved in executing LEED CI rating for a retail customer. The project outlet space is about 15000 sq.ft which includes first and second floor.

30% for all spaces individually or for the total ?

We have an overall 30% ventilation above ASHRAE, but it is different in each spaces. Some spaces have 10% more and other have over 40% more.

I have filled out all the information based on actual costs for all product materials and at the end of the form there are no documented points and the "table indicator" states "incomplete".

revised student numbers on form 3 not updating on template

students above grade 3 # was corrected on form 3, template student # still shows old #. GBCI says that all associated point templates cells must be filled-in with something or change won't take.
