Types of alerts for OA monitoring

Until now, I have only seen monitoring systems connected to a BMS that generates an alert to the Facility Manager.

I received the final comment for one of my LEED for Schools projects: "Metered faucet duration has not been revised from 10-second duration to the default 12-second duration as required.

Evidently, installing automatic shut-off controls for showers is deemed as not water saving strategy by the USGBC's LEED Department.
