I understand the 12 mos tracking time period can start before the performance period begins but it must also include the performance period.

OK, I am still a little confused based on some of the comments below, but to me it is 100% clear just by the template alone that it is an either/or and not both.

Trying to use Option 2 and I'm confused about Zone Floor Area in the spreadsheet. Isn't the ZFA for sidelighting the same as the bay floor area?

I was just thinking. If this Credit allows us to exclude adversiment lighting and theme park lighting why is it so difficult to exclude flag lighting.
