We are pursuing a LEED EBOM certification. The LEED Certification Policy Manual offers the project team two more opportunities to add new credits and prerequisites after the initial submittal.

I have a similar question as Summer Gorder. We are at the cusp of Gold certificaion. If we will be 1-2 credit short after GBCI review PV isnatllation can be justified at the buillding.

We're getting ready to register a project (single tenant in a multi story building) under LEED 2009 but the multiple floors/phased project won't be complete for 5 years total.
