What LEED rating system would I use for a food service renovation in an existing dormitory? The building was built in 1927 and has had 6 renovations, the last of which was in 1984.

Hi Would Sensor activated flush fixtures like urinals and WCs have the same flow rate calulations as a sensor type flow fixture? Would it follow the default 12sec / 60 cycle?

In LEED v2009, if a project has less than 1 annualized FTE occupancy it was not possible to achieve any of the IEQ points.

If only four car parking spaces are located within the basement of the building, will they require separate exhaust even if they are not used regularly?

Hi, If I did a narrative description about the HVAC at the begining of LEED project (PIf4), but know we have done some updates because of the level 1 audit, so do I need to change the HVAC narrativ
