Hi Tristan/ All I’m kicking off a LEED v4 BD+ C: Core and Shell in the UK. My query is regarding Tenant Lease/ Sales Agreement for LEED v4… where is the guidance in the 4v manual re Case A, Case B or Case C which was found in Appendix 4 (Tenant Lease or Sales Agreement) in CS v3? Essentially I want to understand what credits can be awarded using a Tenant Lease/ Sales Agreement for CS v4. This feels like it should be very simple, but isn’t!

Hey Ruth/All, I have the exact same question now that you did in 2014 - what the ultimate answer to this question? My question specifically is regarding the Daylight Credit (v4 C&S). While the SSc Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines included Daylight, I am struggling to find out if Daylight Requirements in the Tenant Lease Agreement can contribute to my C&S project's efforts to achieve Opt 2 of the Daylight Credit Thanks for any advice you can give!
