If i have a multifamily building with a common laundry room and say the housekeeping supplies will be kept in a separate janitorial storage closet elsewhere in the building, do both of these spaces

Dear all, If the system can automatically adjust the dampers when the CO2 levels vary by +/-10% (instead of the alarm) will it be acceptable for the credit? Thank you.

I'm working on a shopping center in an urban area. We're providing about 90 parking spaces, slightly more than code minimum, so we can't get the points using Option 1.
