If we have a (supermarket) store in a remote location that is not within the service area of an organic waste recycler (such as a commercial composter), and organic waste is shown by a waste estimate to be one of your top 3 waste streams, will we still be considered in compliance with MRp1 if we don't collect and store organic waste for recycling, as long as we do collect and store the other 3 highest ranked recyclable waste streams?

Sheila - LEED Interpretation 1803 addresses this issue for non-retail projects and rules that you have to provide a recycling area in participation of the town offering composting, or other recycling options in the future.
