How does the line of thought go that balances out not using cooling towers (e.g. air cooled chillers)? Is it bad to not use a cooling tower? is it good? does it balance out in the energy points?

A project we're working on is replacing some of the city sidewalk, which is outside our property line and LEED boundary. Should we include the concrete in our material calculations?

As per WEp1 requirement, the water use baseline is set depending on the year of substantial completion of the building indoor plumbing system.

Hello, I am seeking feedback for Office space which occurs in a volunteer Fire Station. The Office space will primarily be used after 5pm. 1.

We are implementing a Green Cleaning Policy for an ID credit in NCv2009, which simply requires that you meet this prerequisite (not Credits 3.3 & 3.4).

We are currently trying to determine an adequate and manageable approach to this credit.

Question This credit has been reviewed and approved during preliminary design review of this project.

We are looking forward to pursue LEED for an apartment building(only residential, of which each residential units will be sold to different tenants.
