As per WEp1 requirement, the water use baseline is set depending on the year of substantial completion of the building indoor plumbing system.

This addition was so timely for our project. We just switched from LEED-NC to LEED-CI, but USGBC has not officially swtiched us on LEEDOnline so we do not have access to the templates yet.
