In pursuing Option 1, Simulation, you are required to run two simulations on September 21st at 9am and 3pm. What I am wondering is how I calculate the compliant space based on these two simulations. Would I take an average of the percent compliant from the two simulations or would I exclude any non-compliant space from each simulation to arrive at the percentage of compliant space.

John,
From the way it is written in Reference Guide, both simulations have to independently demonstrate that 75% of spaces meet threshold. If one of them do not teach 75% target, then the project does not comply.

John, you're supposed to overlap the two simulation results and only the space compliant at both scenarios complies.
