We are doing an addition to a classroom building on a college campus. A ~100 seat auditorium style classroom makes up about 25% of the regularly occupied space of the building.

We have a resort project which has 4 buildings excluding villas in different phases. There are villas in the resort but we are intending to get LEED NC silver certification without villas.

Should I include loads of soil, stone, pipe bedding materials, underground pipe, catch basins or other site work materials to the total cost of materials?

SS c9.2 says 'Qualifying spaces must meet the requirements for outdoor air quality enumerated in IEQ c5.’ Does this mean a project has to meet IEQ c5 in order to achieve SS c9.2?

On a higher ed project, there is proposed metering of all energy and water usage for the LEED building that can be read from the building automation system.
