CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance

We are planing to use LEED-CS Revised points thresholds based in Owner Energy percentage. However, it is not clear whether the percentage is calculated using the baseline or proposed model.

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

The % controlled or influenced is based on the Proposed.
You have no control over the baseline. :-)
