100% non-portable water for cooling tower

Our engineers propose 100% nonportable water (treated wastewater from WWTP) for cooling tower. Using the water analysis report for calculation, the cycle is less than 10.

CS with v2009 with future tenants using CI v4 or v4.1

We are working on a CS v2009 project and we are pursuing the credit SSc9 "Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines". I assume future tenant will be asked to register under the v4 or v4.1 program.
