In a gas station, would the fuel pumps count towards total parking capacity, seeing that many people who stop for fuel and something from inside the store only "park" at the pump?

A project with a zoning requirement for 100 spaces may not build 101 if it hopes to earn the LEED credit, but cannot build 99 and meet zoning.

Our project is 4 floors: first floor with three commercial tenants and top 3 residential. The occupant numbers for the residential is straight-forward based on LEED default values.

Parking in basement

Good morning, We are working on a 22 story office project. The building has also 3 stories below grade that mixed parking (250 parking spaces) and other uses (Auditorium, etc.).
