Can a super 8 motel be used as a residence documenting 10 units per acre if the operator is leasing rooms on month to month basis?

Has anybody ever had an issue with using an EPP certified product to gain recycled content for a project?

Is there a limit to the number of appeals? The cost is so much per credit on appeals if I understand correctly?
