We are trying to specify ceilings with at least 85% surface reflectance. However, there are areas with metal ceilings that have perforations for acoustical and fire requirements.

I know that parking garages don't count, but can use types such as tennis courts and sports fields counts as total building area?

Regarding the preferred parking, the credit requrements state "Clearly identify and enforce for sole use by green vehicles." (emphasis added).

What is the most appropriate signage for identifying these preferred parking spaces, especially since LEED has stopped using "low-emitting" and "fuel-efficient" and is now using "green vehicles"?
