Hi, I have some questions about the modeling system on CI.
1.If I have a curtain wall window on the exterior of my building, I still need to use U-value of the faming system?
2.My project tenant scope is only the half of the 4th floor, can I model only the complete 4th floor or I have to model all the building?
3.If I have system 6 for the building of 155164sq ft total area (118,849sq ft conditioned area) with 4 floor, and my tenant scope is the half of the 4th floor, so my proposed case have to be model with the design documents, but in the other half that I don't have the information I have to use system 6 to be neutral with the baseline?

1. Yes you can't accurately model a window without accounting for the framing system.
2. You only need to model your project. How you do that can very depending on the situation.
3. If for some reason you have to model the whole floor, then yes you would treat the remainder as neutral. But I am not sure why you would need to model the whole floor.

Thank you Marcus. Here're another ones. This is more for verification. So the WWR I have to use is the project scope or the building? Same case for the lighting I have to use the project scope or the building?

In both cases you would model what is within the project scope rather than the whole building.
