I am beginning work on a fairly complex project. The portion of the project seeking LEED certification is an office building attached to an existing building.

I have a project where we are doing a CS certification for the building owner and a CI project for the main tenant at the same time. I was about to submit both for Preliminary Certification.

We have currently drawn our LEED boundary to include all areas that our building/scope of work is impacting.

Dear all We're working in the energetic simulation for the credit EA p 2 in LEED NC 2009 in a Data Center building.

1. Are only regularly occupied spaces to be considered or all generally spaces (including stairs, corridors, storage and technical rooms)? 2.

We are targeting this credit for a project with more than 70% of the buildings are utilised for industrial, processing, storage and manufacturing activities.

We are wrapping up a LEED v2.2. project and looking to submit for our construction review. The design credits have been through the process and the design review has been accepted.

Scenario: select asbestos-containing material (ACM) to be left in exist. bldg (and is allowed to be) and will be handled during demolition.

What happens if the developer doesn't have any tenants onboard at the time of certification? Can a draft lease agreement suffice?
