It appears under LEEDv4.1 O+M, this credit was removed.

We have a site that is 19.1 acres, which equates to a cost of $332,798.40 at $0.40 / sf - a substantial cost for 1 point.

How is a legally adopted and publicly owned water and wastewater service area defined.

It appears that only an Option 1, Path 1 flushout actually needs to install new filtration media before beginning the process. Why would that not apply to Option 1, Path 2?

I haven't found any major issue for this credit using this PC.

Is there document that lists which credits are "design" credits and which are "construction" credits, for any of the rating systems?

Is an academic building on a University campus required to meet the "schools" criteria or is that referencing K-12 only?
