We have a site that is 19.1 acres, which equates to a cost of $332,798.40 at $0.40 / sf - a substantial cost for 1 point.
The project is committed to contributing financially to a land trust in the amount of $0.3758/SF. From my understanding, there is no maximum SF or tiered level of contribution based on weighting project size to allow this credit to be feasible for very large developments, which means despite the grand jesture, no points are feasible.
It'd be good to know if v4.1 is launching an alternative strategy, perhaps including a tiered %/SF value, which this project could apply for at a later date.
