- For a core and shell project the 15% portion for C&S energy still applies, so we have to offset that amount?

I am attempting this pilot credit on 2 different projects right now.

The refrigerant used on my project is not listed in the LEEDv4 form and as recommended on the FAQ section for this credit I am using the LEEDv2009 form to document compliance.

Has anyone had any experience with using Green Co=mmunities Certification in order to meet this prerequisite?
