Hi there, We are looking at pursuing LEED ND and have some buildings within our project that are looking at pursuing Living Building Challenge and others looking at Green Globes. Will these buildings help achieve this prerequisite? Additionally, does the USGBC have a list of compliant non-LEED systems that are accepted under this prerequisite/credit? Tim, there isn't a list of accepted alternative systems because USGBC believes that other systems' ability to satisfy the referenced standard may change over time, and a list would be obsolete. Instead each submission using an alternative system is judged on a case-by-case basis, and any project intending to use an alternative should contact staff prior to submission for guidance on documenting conformity with the standard. Thanks for the quick reply Eliot. Is there anyone out there that has experience achieving this prerequisite with Green Globes / Living Building Challenge? If so, what form of documentation did you provide as back up documentation? Thanks, Tim

I have a similar question to Tim, but in regards to whether or not anyone has had any experience using The Enterprise Green Communities Criteria Certification in order to meet this prerequisite? Thanks, Susan

Susan, the Enterprise Green Communities certification has not been used to meet the prerequisite. Eliot
