We have a steep-sloped roof and cannot use a metal roofing material because of budget restrictions - so we are going to use asphalt shingles.

Does your project have a gymnasium that is used only for athletic, auditorium or stage uses? If so, your project may be able to exclude the gym from the credit requirements for IEQc8.1.

Building without HVAC Systems Designed

I got comments back on the energy model for a building that has no HVAC systems designed at the time of completion of the C&S. One comment was that the cooling energy savings seemed too high.

Hi, I am simulating a petrol station where the advertising has built-in lighting that works at night. We assumed that this is 9.4.5 exception B.
