LEED Online and IE11 Retirement

I opened IE11 (Internet Explorer 11) today, and saw a message indicating IE11 will be retired June 15th, 2022.

I am not sure about the definition of "Total Site Paving Area". I have a already developed site with a building that is to be majorly rebuilt. Could I use the old site paving area as my reference?

What if there is no premanant irrigation as well as no stipulated process water (chiller, cooling towers, commercial kitchens, healthcare water systems) usage ?

Option 1 - what is the maximum number of cycles

The guideline said to maximize the number of cycles by not exceeding the maximum concentration level. However, it's unclear what is the maximum cycle numbers that LEED is looking for.
