Does implementing MBCx remove the requirement for discrete OCx functional performance testing?

Hello,

If MBCx were to be implemented in a project, is the discrete functional performance testing and reporting part of OCx not required?

Product Can Count for both EPD and Material Ingredients?

I have several products that are specified for my project which are from the same manufacturer. For example, the same manufacturer makes the carpet and the laminate flooring.
