I have a Theater project that has a retail space operating 24/7 on the side of the building. I was wondering how to compute the occupancy of the retail since one of their transient comes from the theater visitors also (theater operation - 3 shows per week). Also, the owner gave a specific count of visitors for retail (100-peak; 70-average). Presently, we were using the one that the owner gave. It just made me confused that I may double count the transient for theater and transient of the retail?
