We are interested in getting LEED NC/MR for a major interior renovation project in six identical three story tall apartment buildings on a single site.

Hi, We are working on certifying a two builiding project with LEED CS. These buildings share a common project boundary and parking areas.

One of our project have G+7 floor. This is the existing building which had operated as office. Now this building is bought by our client and going to make as a data centre.

I have been asked to bid a LEED CI project where there will only be flooring, wall relocation, and added ceiling tiles to 7,000 feet of a 50,000 foot office space.

Does exist any time limit between the construction conclusion and the start of enhanced comissioning? i.e.

I have not experienced difficulties about this. At first, owners are a little bit baffled, but then turn to be quite enthusiastic about the idea. I believe is a good way to get them involved.
