LEED NC/MR for existing multiple buildings

We are interested in getting LEED NC/MR for a major interior renovation project in six identical three story tall apartment buildings on a single site.

I have been asked to bid a LEED CI project where there will only be flooring, wall relocation, and added ceiling tiles to 7,000 feet of a 50,000 foot office space.

Hi! My project has all parking spaces underground exept for one handicap parking that's situated at the court yard. We really want to go for exemplary performance point and put all under cover.

I have not experienced difficulties about this. At first, owners are a little bit baffled, but then turn to be quite enthusiastic about the idea. I believe is a good way to get them involved.
